Batman: Vengence backstory?

at what time is this game supposed to take place in the batman animated world? i saw an add in PS2 magazine today and it said something like the city was on the edge of exploding, with pics of joker and harley on the preceeding pages... could it be around the time of the flashback sequence in ROTJ? just curious if anyone knew anyhing about the game...

Nah. I saw the game at E3, and all the cinema sequences seem to place it squarely in TNBA time. Besides, the Stooge Gang is around in the game, and they weren't anywhere to be found in ROTJ. Also I think there might have been a quick shot of an active Arkham, but I'm not sure.
