Droopy makes his very first appearance today! And the live action movie, "The Pink Panther" was released. It featured animated "Pink Panther" segments by DePatie-Freleng at the beginning and end of the film.

No 1960s cartoons. The two "Dogfather" cartoons seem a little too new to be considered "classic", but they must have been released in theaters.

Yes, and they could have showed "What Price Fleadom" on Acme Hour, but they didn't.
