Two More Things

I'll give in my full review of the Toonheads special tomorrow, but I just wanted to point out that at the end of the special, CN showed a clip from PLANE DAFFY, which showed Goering and Goebbels shooting themselves in the head, yet they wouldn't show that scene the only time they showed the actual cartoon on that late night Bugs and Daffy.

Also, RUSSIAN RHAPSODY looked like it was dubbed, but to my surprise and pleasure, there was no stupid dubbed version end title. Maybe this is a sign for things to come.

Uh, yes and no. Yes, there was no 1937-38 dubbed end title, but no, it wasn't the right title. It was from a 1946-47 cartoon, and may have been edited on over the dubbed title (possible because Jerry Beck's as sick of the damned things as we are...)
