I had the same problem that night too, Steve.

Everybody who is anybody on the board was all ready to see the glowing reviews (and they were, too!) of the Toonheads Wartime Cartoons special.

Going to broadband or DSL will, I'm told, do NOTHING to remedy this problem.

I have cable access (Roadrunner) and I get that problem all the time, whats worse is when the server decides it's too busy when I'm submitting a post.
