Actually, Clooney is a good actor. Anyone who's seen THREE KINGS, OUT OF SIGHT, or OH BROTHER, WHERE OUT THOU? knows he got good acting chops. Too bad he was in such a crappy movie. He made this movie only for the big paycheck, so he could concentrate on amking good films after this one, and he has.

Everyone has their own preferences. He's a good actor, and at least he's making some smart acting choices now.

exactly. clooney had the worst movie script ever to work with in batman & robin, but he actually looked more the part than kilmer did. if anything, this movie made me despise o'donnell even more. what a sorry choice for robin...

i thought o donnel was a pretty good robin if he had a good script. i will admit clooney had nothing to work with, that script sucked but i do think he played the crappy script well.

I never cared for Clooney as an actor, though I just saw "Oh Brother" this weekend and he was great in it. That was a great movie - especially if you know "The Oddessy".

did everyone forget adam west? even though the shows were campy i enjoyed them very much. even 1966 batman movie was better than batman and robin.

The best Batman was Micheal Keaton, after seeing Clooney as Batman I put Val Kilmer second in second position. Clooney is definetly the worst Batman I ever saw. Please people!...bring Keaton bac or find someone suitable for the role...!!!
