At first, I had the impression it was some dumb ep. However, after tuning in to when Bender confronts God and Fry shows affection for his friend, Bender, it starts to look good. Not just plain old good, but 5-stars good, god-like good, GREATEST EPISODE OF ALL TIME GOOD!
I'm sorry. But, seriously, this is the greatest "Futurama" of all time. Like "Sleepy Time" and "Band Geeks" are to "Spongebob Squarepants", "All Growed Up" is to "Rugrats" and "The Problem With Power" is to "He-Man".

This was great. 4 stars! The last two Sunday eps were flat, and the last two Thursday eps I had already seen, so I was surprised.

I liked it. It dealt with some deep philosophical issues in a funny way. The space battle with the pirates was cool too.

This episode was just amazing. I think this was by far the best Bender episode...it was just amazing. It was both funny and sad. And Blly West did a superb job on Fry. Wow....just a great episode.
"Priates...but in space!"
Man, I love Leela...:)

Great episode, very clever, loved that last line "When you've done things right, people won't know you've done anything at all"
Bender had a lot of great lines too:
"What part of nay don't you understand?"
"You can't count on God for jack, he pretty much told me himself"
five stars *****

NOOOooo! I only got to see the last five minutes of it! I could tell from the end alone that I missed a helluva big ep...

This was epic. How many TV shows, ANIMATED no less, can pull off storylines like this? ONLY FUTURAMA. I can't fathom this series coming to such an abrupt end. And speaking of tragedies, the new Simpsons episode was garbage. But more details about that in the Simpsons talkback thread.
God bless the Futurama creative team.

I only caught the last 10-15 minutes of this ep, but I thought it was great. The conversations between Bender and "god" were not only funny, but profound in a way. I also loved the "When you've done things right, people won't know you've done anything at all" line, that was just brilliant for some reason. In addition, you had Fry and Leila trying to find Bender and locking up the monks - hilarious! "we cooked our shoe and ate it and now we're bored." Ha! I really wished I saw the whole thing.

Did I mention Leela's line about, "If you aren't going to listen to my reason than I guess I will listen to your idiotness"?
