Hi everyone!
I'm a little late this month, but here we go anyway! :)
Well, another month has come and gone! It is now July 1, and we are starting the second half of 2001! This is the hottest month of the year (at least in the Northern Hemisphere), and summer is raging on! It is a great time for picnics, swimming, hanging out with friends, and having fun! This is my favorite month of the year!
Some of you have to work, too. Don't worry, for I'll soon be joining you. I'm applying for a lab technician job, and I hope I get it! I want to start earning money while doing what I studied!
This is also a time for celebrations! Today is Canada Day, and Wednesday is Independence Day in the US. I'm sure I'm missing several other international holidays, too. There will be plenty of parties, cook-outs, and fireworks! Plus, I turn 24 on the 7th, and they'll be having fireworks that night in my area! What a great time!
