with the chip that was implanted on tim drake in ROTJ, joker could have put multiple chips on a lot of people. in time, the jokeers will be "activated" and there could literally many jokers running around gotham. of course that would just too sick to even think of. i could only think that each of them would think that are going to kill each other off because they only feel like there only can be one joker.

actually we already have 4 joker-type human being: Mr. J himself, Creeper, Arthur Reeves, and the little JJ:D
