Hey guys,
I was just wondering something. I REALLY love J'onn J'onzz. Did he ever get his own solo series apart from the Silver Age one? If so, is it collected into trade? What about this Silver Age series? Is it in trade form?

Thanks,
Tomato

Yes. He's had a variety of series and miniseries. He had two minis in the 80s and 90s, one just called Martian Manhunter that revised his origin and dealt more with Mars and one called Martian Manhunter: American Secret, that dealt with the time he was using the John Jones detective identity heavily. Then starting in 1998 he had a 36-issue John Ostrander miniseries that was quite good, but not especially popular. His original series has been reprinted in some of those Showcase Presents volumes, but I don't think the newer series has. At least I couldn't find it on Amazon.

He even had a recent miniseries that came out following Inifinite Crisis where he had a new look and costume.

Of course this is all before he dies at the start of Final Crisis and later becomes a black lantern in Darkest Night #1

He not really "dead" right?

I bought the Showcase book a few months ago and I'm not done reading it. I like how he always react when he's near a fire or flame and said "Fire! My only weakness as a Martian. Blah blah blah blah..." I think someday I'll scan all those panels and made a collage out of them. That would be funny.
