C&C- Bleach - "Oath! Back Here Alive Again" 150 [9/19]

Okay everyone as per usual we have two new episodes of Bleach tonight: One at 12:30AM and one at 1AM and this is the talkback for that 1AM Episode. Specifcally...

EPISODE 150!

LAST TIME:
The end of the Forest of Menos as Ashido helped the others make it out as he and Ruika promised to see each other once again, which kind of means nothing considering he's a filler character. Our heroes then make it to Las Noches though it seems that this is more alarming to a certain red haired prisoner then the Arrancar inside...

THIS TIME:
Our heroes make inside the castle and have to contend with the traps inside before making it to an important crossroad. There they will make an oath to one another? Just what is the oath and how will it impact their journeys? Find out inside

NOTE ONE: As Megaman X said, this re-starts canon material for the Hueco Mundo arc, and for those of you concerend there are no more full on filler episodes for season Seven. However...

NOTE TWO: That's not to say this episode is compeltley canon. There are some filler scene inside but we'll get to them when we come here.

NOTE THREE: As per usual no spoilers of any characters, episodes or plot poitns from any upcoming stuff from Bleach, especially the canon stuff. Please spoilers are hurtful to those who aren't in the know and should be avoided at all costs.

Last Time: Turns out Ashido isn't dead. Ichigo Uryu, Chad, & Renji rescues Nel & her sibblings and then the four pwn some filler baddies. They meet up with Rukia & Ashido and Ashido pulls a Gandalf. Now that filler is out of the way, they head back to Los Noches. Our episodes ends with Orihime in her Arrancar prisone dress as Ulquiorra notifies her that her rescuers are here.

When it comes to manipulating young girls, Aizen is the master. ;)

So this is Aizen's plan and his plan involved the Soul Society not getting involved eh? Okay I'm also putting that under need to know basis.

This episode was made up of two manga chapters. Thus it resorted to a lot of filler scenes, mostly at the beginning. Which admittingly were kind of cute actually (if only for Ichigo just busting through wall after wall and getting squashed by Dondochakka and Pesche) and hey it's better then a three ep stretch of fillers right? I have to admitt the english version did a much better job translating the main canon meat of this episode. Well actually the Japanese version had a better version of the convo between Ulqourria and Orihime where she swears loyality to Aizen (sounded creepier) but everything was handled better here: the 5 way oath, Ulqourra's talk with Nnoitora (now we can add his name to the list of Espada who have actual names we know about), Orihime being shown the Hogkuyou and her plan to destroy it. Nice to know she wants to be useful during her whole capture arc but we'll see if that ends up actually doing anything overall. So yeah a decently solid ep despite the lack of fighting. Though I have a feeling that now that everyone's seperated and inside the castle the battles will be coming pretty fast.

Great episode which continues Operation:Save Orihime,

The highlights:
Hilarious with Nel all running wanting to be with Ichigo which the Japanese version of that part was more funnier though.
Hilarious with Pesche & Dondochakka squashing Ichigo again along with him destroying wall through wall, hahahahaha.
Renji's little red Kido Practitioner was great along with Ichigo's Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer joke on him, hahahahaha!!!!!
After breaking into Las Noches, our heroes find themselves at a five way fork, yikes!!!!
That enormous spiritual pressure is huge which those next Arrancar villains are pretty powerful.
Poor Ichigo worried for Rukia, but she can take care of herself though.
Our heroes' ritual/charm part was great much like Tea's friendship magic marker charm in Yu-Gi-Oh!, hehehe.
I loves this epic moment when Ichigo & his team split up & each of them takes one path which I smell some cool Arrancar mini-boss battles coming, hehehe:evil:.
Poor Nel chases after Ichigo, she's so adorable when she's emotional of all the fun times she had with him, I feel sorry for her:(.
Poor Pesche & Dondochakka forget the direction she took & travel down 2 different paths, I'll enjoy their hilarious moments when they meet our heroes, hehehe.
Ulquiorra is such a great, cool worst villain being a mega heartless dickhat for poor Orihime.
I've been seeing alot of weird fanart of Orihime & Ulquiorra a couple, freaky!!!!!!
Ulquiorra explains to Nnoitra the psychological traps Aizen created to ensure that Orihime does not have the will to resist.
Yikes, Nnoitra is so freakishly tall & yet so creepy who's awesome and looks like Kenpachi, hehehe, but his dub voice so rocks who sounds like a psychotic Dean Venture like Luppi, hahahahaha.
I love those two dumb Arrancar chicks, Loly & Menoly who're pretty attractive, but are another batch of villains that're major Orihime-bashers, I so remembered those 2 heartless witches.
So that's why Aizen wants Orihime, interesting.
Orihime quietly resolves to destroy the Orb of Distortion by erasing its existance, an act that would derail all of Aizen's plans, go Orihime, the poor girl which Ichigo is coming to save you which I support IchigoXOrihime all the way, my favorite best couple ever:anime:.
I always loved that scary cliffhanger with an unknown Arrancar villain about to approach & destroy Ichigo which his foot was shown which is a nice touch in the scenery.
I'll enjoy next Saturday's episodes that are gonna have some awesome battles coming up.

Kate Higgins & Wendee Lee are great as Loly & Menoly tonight.

I love how Nel wants to follow Ichigo because she has so much fun with Ichigo, when Ichigo personality is not that of someone that is fun to be around. It is just amazing how fun loving girls like Orihime and Nel just love being around a stick in the mud like Ichigo.

The beginning of the episode had me worried, with Nel getting lost. I thought that maybe they were going to drag that moment out for as much as possible. Though, they made up for it with some comedy bits (or as Renji put it, a "strange comedy routine"). The rest of the episode was also interesting to watch with all the conversations and thoughts that occured. Hopefully, judging by the group's seperation and cliffhanger, there might be fights coming up. Hopefully, episode-long flashbacks won't be injected into said fights like they traditionally do.

Well, it looks like there will be battles next week, I just wish everyone wouldn't say that it would 2 on 1 for everyone (spoilers everyone?)
Looking forward, though, to all the fighting, it seems that is where alot of the story gets told to us who don't know any better.

If this episode proves one thing is far as comparing the girl that Ichigo and co are trying rescue. Orihime has it much worst than Rukia did.

First of all Rukia is more prepared for such a situation, but other than that except for Jin all of her captives treated her reasonible well for someone that was sentenced to die. The people Soul Society that knew her cared for her and others respected her. While Orihime's captures are nothing but creeps who treat her crualy, and think low of her.

I guess telling Ichigo stories to Hanataro beats having Ulquiorra play crual mind games and tease the idea of someone either him or Aizen having their way with you.

She's not possessed. She's worried about her friends and knows that if she does what they ask (No matter what!), they'll keep her alive.

It was a pretty decent episode....I loved Renji's speech/chant,and that he stuck up for Rukia when Ichigo was worried about protecting her (:shrug: Hey,worry about saving your own girl rather than someone else's,who can clearly take care of herself.....seems he's still not used to the idea of her fighting,since she only regained her full powers recently....He also seems to have forotten being told by Rukia's Mod Soul that the only reason she's not a seated officer in the 13 Court Guard is because of Byakuya)...

Looks like Nell and her brothers are staying with the team now :anime:....I love how Nell starts crying and saying she'll be fine,while she's pointing out all the bad things that could happen to them,since they betrayed Aizen and the Espada.....

I feel really bad for Orihime....though she does seem to have realized how she can be of use here,by destroying the Hogyoku,somehow knowing Aizen,he's probably planned for that...

Nnoitora has an awesome voice,though I hate his character....(not going into any detail because of spoilers and all,but the only Espada I like is Grimmjow)

That's what I thought when he showed her the Hogyoku. He knows her power can revert objects, and the Hogyoku has a seal on it that can't be bypassed through conventional means.

And with the way Urahara was worried about Aizen taking an interest in Orihime's power, he probably suspects(or knows) she can affect the Hogyoku.

... Aizen can't just be interested in Orihime as a healbot for his underlings...
