Crying Freeman anime

Have anyone anime fans ever seen Crying Freeman. I have and it was at Hollywood Video for rent. It was own by Streamline but not anymore and I heard that ADV Flims owns the rights but have not put them out on DVD. It was a good anime. It is not like Fist Of The North Star ;)

I saw it once just once on the SciFi channel when they did anime.

I would like to see it again. I forgot what it was about, can anyone fill me in?
