What's Everybody's Opinion on the Irate Gamer

I know that he's essentially, a poor man's version of the Angry Video Game Nerd (IG is the Go-Bots to AVGN's Transformers), but I'm curious what everybody else thinks of his reviews and his sense of humor. I haven't followed IG all that much but from what I've heard elsewhere:
- He straight up plagarizes things.
- He very often complains about games for no other reason than he's just not good at them. Because of this, he often ends up trashing great games.
- His skits are not funny.
- His comedy timing is just atrocious.
- His backgrounds are very plain.

He's a cheap imitation of the AVGN. He tries his best to ape the AVGN's style to the point where he has ripped him off wholesale and tries to hide it by flagging other videos and deleting comments that offer any criticism at all.

He's truly the worst part of this whole 'angry reviewing' fad, and the only one of these reviewers that has not made any effort to improve since he started.

I don't even like the AVGN that awful much, and I think his legions of imitators are a plague on the Internet.

Edit: One of my problems with AVGN is more with his audience. Some people don't get that the extremeness of his criticism is part of the joke, so now lots of dumb people think that the games he makes fun of really are trash. Simon's Quest is one of the best adventure games for the NES, but if you ask Internet users 3 out of 5 now would say it sucks.

I've only seen a couple of the Irate Gamer's reviews, but based on what I've seen, he's pretty much a AVGN ripoff. in one review I saw, he even ripped off one of the Nerd's oft repeated tag lines, "What were they thinking!?"

There's also a Happy Video Game Nerd as well as an Angry Video Game derogatory term for homosexuals that I can't type here, but it's also a British idiom for cigarette. The less said about these AVGN imitators, the better.

It's sad how the IG and scads of other wanna be reviewers on the internet try to copy the AVGN's style without a full understanding of what his style actually is. Too many of them think that just shouting profanity laden tirades about something for 5 minutes guarantees an entertaining review.
