Judging from a few interviews I've seen of him, I honestly can't say I'm surprised.

I'm sure this will provide some great material for Joel McHale on E!'s The Soup. :D

He certainly lives up to "prat," doesn't he. McHale's definitely gonna have fun with that, can't wait.

No clue who that is... which makes the situation funnier to me :p

At least he didn't pull a Chad Johnso- I mean, Chad Ochocinco *cough*

This is good news. The media must be really ignoring him lately for him to get this transparently desperate to get his name out there. It's a sign that his 15 minutes is at about 14:30.

He did it because he didn't want WWF copyrighting his name.

Stone Cold Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan and the late Andrew "Test" Martin did the same thing for the same reason.

Shouldn't this be in the Entertainment forum?

I will say this, with a girlfriend that looks like his does, I'll call him King.

Y'know, I've read in several places that Hulk Hogan actually had to license his name from Marvel Comics. At first WWE licensed it, but eventually Hulk just bought the right to use it himself. There's a chapter about it in Brian Cronin's "Was Superman a Spy?" and on Cronin's site.
