That trailer they ran on FOX was sweet! It covered the bases for the film and made me want to see it. And no Jar-Jar either, so that contingent will be happy.

Here FOX screwed up during the first 2 minutes and so during that whole time they played their FOX screen for when they have technical difficulties and so I only got to see half of the trailer, and I was gonna type it too, but didn't want to only tape half... :(

Very cool visuals. It looks like it's gonna be a pretty dark movie. I'm really psyched for it now. If I had any complaints, it'd be with the music, which I felt just didn't keep up with the punch of the visuals. And I also noticed no Jar Jar. :)

Mindblowingly cool trailer. The Clonetroopers and the huge Jedi arena battle are fantastic. Jar Jar's in the movie, just very limited. I know that he get's booed upon introduction to a certain group. He's a more eloquent speaker and not quite as clumsy this go around. He will still screw up, though, it will be for true comedy relief. Looking much better than Phantom.

if you have a registered version of QuickTime, you sould be able to right click on the video and "save as source"...

if not, go into your temporary internet documents and find the largest file...unless you've been viewing other movies...the trailer should be the largest file..

I watched it in slo-mo and it killed me! But I didn't miss anything. heh But I did watch it about 4 more times before I went to bed (watched Alias 1st)...

And Jar-Jar was there...he was sitting behind Padme in Palpatine's suite/apt on Courscant. You can see his clothing and a bit of droopy ear behind "her" right shoulder (left on the screen).

I want to see what kind of repulsor lifts or whatever they had attached to R2! He's flying!!!

And Padme...with the chains and the very, very, very nasty looking beastie with claws and razor sharp teeth. He takes a swipe at her and you do see the blood and the claw marks on her back.

Yoda on his floating/flying thingamabob! That rocked.

Also, major deja-vu with Anakin and Padme on the retractable bridge and them both almost falling off!!!

And every time I watched it, I got goose bumps when Yoda spoke of the dark side always clouding things...and about the clone wars having truly begun... Brr, I get them just thinking about it!

I cannot wait to see this on the big screen so I can get a better scope of it all...the trailer that is.

I watched the trailer in front of my girlfriend's family last night and they all thought I was a nut or something, my jaw was on the floor because I couldn't believe how unbelievable this looks! That arena battle is going to be the best part of the film... and Hayden plays sort of a bad-ass Anikan, a welcome change from Lloyd's version....

I was surprised by how goo dit was. I'm not a big STAR WARS fan, but this actually made the film look really good. I'm actually anticipating seeing this. Plus, the lack of Jar-Jar is a good thing :) I was impressed by the trailer, and it looks to be a pretty cool movie, afterall.

It made me cry outloud several times.

This movie just might try and take back its seat that it recently lost as best movie of all time, from Lord of the Rings.

Much more is being done in the new settings instead of leaving them as mere eye candy and background.

Fight seens looked incredible and the shot of Jango Fett sent chills up my spine!

Anybody got other links to see this trailer again? The ones listed up there don't work for me.

I wouldn't mind Jar Jar so much in the first movie, if they had at least made his speech understandable.

But I saw the trailer, and it looked good. Another special effects laden movie, but it seems that the story will be much better and not as boring this time.

Actually I like the new music at the end. The percussions sound really good to me.

Awesome trailer. I liked: the darkness of the raining scene, Obi-Wan's lines (although the "I hate it when he does that" sounded a bit corny), the 5th Element beautiful ripoff, Palpatine enticing Anakin, Christopher Lee speaking just like Vader, Padme and Anakin almost falling off (huge reference there), Jimmy Smitz finally getting a decent role in a decent movie, etc

I disliked: the overuse of CGI. The finale scene seems way too crowded (just like in Episode 1)

I can't wait for this flick. It looks awesome, while Yoda did look iffy I also think that things will be cleaned up.

I was hoping to see Bobba Fett but jogga looked freaking cool and I KNOW Jar jar will be in the film so i can't wait to see him meet his end.

And did anyone else hear That Darth Vader heavy Brething during the whole thing ? It was cool...so cool. I can't wait to see Anakin as a teen too..He already seems cool and cocky... like me, odds are he will be one with the ladies.

But I must wonder is he suposed to impregnante Amadala in this film ?

The only problem I have is that Obi-Wan and Anakin are older, while Amidala is the same age as in Episode 1.

That trailer was GLORIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I now officially cannot wait until May. Star Wars Episode II & Spider-Man withing two weeks of each other!!!!!!
BTW, who thought the music for the first Spider-Man trailer (that opens with him swinging around on the bridge) was totally kick-ass?

You mean the really tense, heroic song? I love that! If that's on the score, I'll pick that up in the second. I really hope it's a score track and not a song just for the commercials.

Man, I thought I was the only one! Everyone else I talked to about it didn't even know what I was talking about!

Anyway, the SW trailer looks frickin' awesome. I've been anticipating this movie for a long time and now I'm literally drooling.

Best 3 shots in the trailer:
1) Anakin with 2 lightsabers fighting Dooku!
2) End shot with 15 Jedi surrounded by droids
3) Shot of Jango/Obi-Wan fight in space (when the asteroid blows up)

The more I watch this thing, the more I think "Empire Strikes Back".... if it's set up like that, I KNOW I'm gonna love the movie cause ESB kicked ass....

This little blurb from Entertainment Weekly OnLine (http://www.ew.com/ew/article/commentary/0,6115,216633~1~0~newstarwarstrailer,00.html) sums it up nicely for me...

. . . Still, anyone who knows their ''Star Wars'' lore has to thrill, at least a little, to Yoda's syntax-challenged proclamation, ''Begun, this Clone War has.'' Unlike ''Phantom Menace,'' which answered questions that weren't raised by the original trilogy (who knew, or cared, what Anakin was like as a 10-year-old?), ''Attack of the Clones'' will flesh out key areas of the mythos, including the courtship of Luke and Leia's parents, the descent of Anakin into the dark side, and, yes, the Clone Wars, which were hinted at since the beginning.

So it's exciting to see touches of the original movies in the trailer, like Natalie Portman's Padmé decked out in a Princess Leia-style outfit, and Christopher Lee's Count Dooku (great name there, George) spitting out Darth Vader-style blandishments. (''You must join me, Obi-Wan, and together we'll destroy the Sith.'') . . .
