There is a picture of the cover art for Batman: Vengeance at Electronics Boutique (go to ebgames.com and search for Batman). It looks to be by Bruce Timm and not just someone copying the style- has the distinctive Timm marker-watercolor-colored pencil look. There is also the first plot summary I've seen.
