Now for the wait for Toy Story 1 & 2 to hit Blu-ray...
While I'll admit A Bug's Life is my least favorite of the Disney/Pixar films (no major gripes,I just didn't find it quite as engaging as their other films...I do think it's a good movie, overall),but it still has beautiful animation (the Blu-Ray looks AMAZING) and some decent funny moments (my favorite being the "class play" the young ants put on for the circus troupe....the bloopers during the credits are pretty funny as well...this was their first film that did them,as far as I remember)....
I'm looking forward to getting Monster's Inc on Blu-Ray most (I'm so disappointed they pushed it back :(),but I'd also like the two Toy Story movies and the Incredibles (I think Pixar has a better track record than Disney,movie-wise,since I've yet to see one I didn't at least like...can't wait to see UP! )

In regards "The Grasshopper and the Ant", its a Silly Symphony, its not supposed to be funny.

I don't have Blu-Ray or an HD TV yet, so I likely won't be seeing this for a while yet. But do they cut out any special features that were on the DVD from the BR, like the music and SFX-only tracks?

I liked this movie when I was little. However, I watched some it recently and it's still good, but it seems to be one of the weaker Pixar films (I haven't seen Cars yet). Although I will admit that Hopper is one awesome villain. Certainly one of the better Pixar villains in terms of sheer menace. I especially love his emotionless stare as the rocks pile on top of his comrades.
