I guess I would need to know how you're defining "thug." Cause he's not what is coming to mind when I hear that term. I think that The Jokerz come to mind when I think "thug."

Rhino was awesome! :D I always liked the scene between Rhino and Batman in the alley.

I went with Zucco on this. I loved his paranoia! And I'm not voting for him just because the voice actor was the guy who played Biff in Back to the Future.

I enjoyed Rhino and Mugsy. They seemed more interesting to me as thugs, and enjoyable to watch too! :p

It was a toss-up between Candace and Rhino for me. Eventually sex appeal won out (I'm talking about Candace's sex appeal:D). The fight scene between Robin and Candace in the Bane episode totally sold me on her.

Crime bosses or crime lords are not thugs. They're the guys who control the thugs and call the shots and in a way they're super thugs but in reality they really aren't thugs at all.
