Dragon Ball Z: Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans (talkback)

This thread is for the DBZ feature "Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans". What did you think about this film? Would you like to see it released? Do you think it should or shouldn't be released? Is it an official part of the franchise in your opinion? To me, I think that this feature should be released. I actually liked it besides the teckno score. It was cool to see all the old villians come back and try to beat the Z fighters. Maybe FUNI will release it if it's in a Dragon Box single or something with the other specials. I hope this comes here even though FUNI probably will never license it.

There must be some really tough hurdles for FUNimation to overcome, that's the only reason I can see what they haven't licensed something with "Dragonball Z" in its name.

I've never seen it and probably they only way I'll ever feel like watching is if it is ever licensed.

The one attached to the old game should be added on as like an extra in one of these season box sets. Why not, they have the footage and they arent gonna put it out in a single.

There is about an hour of footage in total. Basically it acts as a 'dramatic guide' to show the played how to play the game correctly, although I don't think there's any forth wall breaking. It takes place pre-Cell Games area, but Son Gohan can transform into his SSj form. It's actually pretty cool, from the little I've seen. Gokû, Vegeta, Future Trunks, Piccolo, and Gohan fight against Freeza, Coola, Tulluce, Slug and...I forget (that might actually be it). But these villains are not all they appear to be.


Son also says 'Chô KameHame-Ha' as his finishing move, too.
