According to an article at Jam! Showbiz, Warner Bros best selling video to date has been the 1989 Batman, which was released in 1989. To date, the video has sold more than 10 million copies. Sales for the DVD have also been in the millions, although not specified.
So why is WB not releasing a special edition of this movie yet? If it's their most top selling EVER then it would make sense to release a special edition disc a la Superman: The Movie (but no snapper or flipper stuff, please).
