No, I'm not talking about Blade 2, I'm talking about the 3rd Blade movie that David Goyer has been talking about recently. Him and director del Torro want the story to place 25 years from now and have the vampires take over everything. In the interviews I have read with Goyer and del Torro, they said this could happen because Blade is half vampire there for he ages slower, So to get ready for Blade 2, last night I rented the Blade DVD since I've only seen the movie once and Whistler specifically states that although Blade has the powers of a vampire, he DOES age like a human. I replayed that line to make sure I heard him right and I did. So unless something happens in Blade 2 to change that or I missed something in Blade, I don't know....

Odds are they will say something like... that since he was building up an imunity to the serum he was taking... enough of his vampire side(coupled with side effects of the serum) managed to slowly cause a slight change, in his chemical balance or DNA or watever.

Stuff like this can easily be dispelled with quick thinking.

Or he aged like a human until he reached an adult. They find out over the course of the 25 years as he has hardly aged. Yeah, stuff like that can easily be taken care of.

I was wondering that, too. I bet it'll be a throwaway comment in BLADE 2, some kind of effect of the serum. And since he is becoming more vampire-like, It'd make sense that his aging would start to slow. I hope BLADE 3 happens. I like the whole ideas of it, myself. Vampires everywhere. Just one Blade...it could totally work.
