View Full Version : Wasn't Street Fighter 4 created in Japan?

It was wasn't it? The reason I ask such a question is because I watched an interview with Morgan Webb and some guy who works at Capcom US on G4 OnDemand and she was asking him about the creative process and he was giving answers. But how could he know all of that if the game wasn't created in the United States? Aren't imported games just dubbed over with dialogue like imported cartoons?

Well, I'm assuming they have developers in both the US and Japan. Capcom US isn't just about importing titles

Yeah, Capcom has developers in both countries.
