I don't know about you, but I just can't stand flames. If you guys don't like a show, you don't need to rub it in too much, just say you don't like it, and you're done. It really discourages fans of the shows, you know, and soon, all of us might go different ways. And to help prevent that from happening, do you think that we can just stop posting up stuff like, "Which CC is the worst?" or "Which show is mostly screwed up?" and stuff like that; if it continues, it'll only go worse. I know because I've seen other message boards become a wreck by having flame wars with different interests. I hope the ToonZone forums won't be like that, I like it here.
So please, no more flaming on the shows. It''l get worse as it continues. :(

Constructive criticism I can appreciate. Give reasons why you dont like a show. Back it up with intelligent words. There's nothing I hate more than someone saying "That show sucks... just because it does, and you suck for liking it!"

I agree. I'm not perfect, but I do get my opinions. Like, I hate EEnE, but I don't hate other people for liking it. I think if they like it, I don't mind, just stating my opinion.

I agree. I hate it when people flame each other. It's important to respect other people's opinions, even if they're different.
The other thing that bothers me is when people treat these boards as a chat room (http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=22639)
I really, really, REALLY hate that. Particularly the "short bursts" part.

I agree. I make a point of skipping all such negatively-titled threads, 'cause I know those will include comments about my favorite shows that'll get me aggravated. I already have too much of that in my life.

Oh, the person who started most of the threads I think you're talking about doesn't post here often. I believe he posted those threads at other boards and they wound up getting moved here. He was probably trying to boost his post count. I don't think that he will be a problem anymore, I think that the problem has been taken care of.
I'm not naming names, of course...but I know who you're talking about. ;) And I agree, I tend to skip those threads overly-negative threads also.

Egads! This guy needs treatment at the 'Please Please Get A Life' clinic.

This is the one fourm where I don't feel like I need to have more posts than anyone else. I'm comfortable with posting when I want to. No competition. It's great.
True, I thought Nicktoons Vs. Cartoon Cartoons would be a good debate, but it went the wrong way.
