Getting
-Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk #6
-Spider-Man: The Short Halloween: I'll bite. It's a one-shot, and I can see it being pretty funny.
-New Avengers #53
-Deadpool #10: That cover rules. Can't wait for that fight.
-Captain America #50
-Marvel Reading Chronology: Eh. It's free. I'm a sucker for free stuff.
-Runaways #10: Hopefully the new creative team can pick this title up from the crap heap it's become.
-Uncanny X-Men #510
-Kick-Ass #8
May Get/Not Getting But Worth Note
-Lockjaw and the Pet Avengers #1: Looks sooo awesome, but I may wait for the trade. Still, I want that Frog Thor cover as a poster. Man that thing rocks.
-X-Factor Vol. 6: Secret Invasion TPB: I still can't even find #5. If they keep up being this difficult, I man re-think my reading of it, even if I only do it in trades.

What took them so long to release Essential Amazing Spider-Man vol.9?
ULTIMATE WOLVERINE VS HULK #6 - Wow, this mini-series will finally conclude?! Or am I speaking too soon...
ULTIMATUM #5 - I'm just as underwhelmed with this so far as I was with "Ultimates 3", so I hope it gets better
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN FAMILY #6 - Curse them moving Spider-Girl to this book... Gwen Reilly?? If the stories are too short and not completely up to par I won't be on for long though :o
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #593
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #594
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #595 - AWESOME. Just like the cover (http://www.comicbookresources.com/images/solicits/marvelcomics/200905/ASM595_cov_col.jpg).
DARK AVENGERS #5 - Mike Deodato is king (http://www.comicbookresources.com/images/solicits/marvelcomics/200905/DRKAVEN005_cov.jpg), I can't imagine that I didn't like his style back when he first replaced John Romita JR on AMZ...
NEW AVENGERS #53 - That solicitation text.... sigh.
DEADPOOL #10
PUNISHER #5 - I love it that this dual almost identical cover thing seems to be a continuing scheme! Especially when they're both (http://www.comicbookresources.com/images/solicits/marvelcomics/200905/PUNISHER005_COVA_col.jpg) great (http://www.comicbookresources.com/images/solicits/marvelcomics/200905/PUNISHER005_COVB_col.jpg) each month! Call it cheap and easy, I call it cool ;)
HULK #12
GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY #14
KICK-ASS #8 - The slowness of the rate that this title comes out at is starting to hurt my enthousiasm for it, even if it's only by a bit so far...
Another month, another attempt at cutting back on my list of comics... so here are the maybes for May:
SPIDER-WOMAN #2
DARK REIGN: THE HOOD #1 - Maybe, because I think The Hood is a cool and promising character.
AVENGERS: THE INITIATIVE #24
MIGHTY AVENGERS #25
MARVEL ZOMBIES 4 #1 - Up until now I've been a faithful follower of the MZ series, but I'm not entirely sold on the premise of volume four... although, I wasn't either for volume three and that turned out to be awesome...
THUNDERBOLTS #132 - Attempting to give this title up is going to be hard.

On the "Definitely Going to Pick Up" list:
Official Index to the Marvel Universe #5
Avengers: The Initiative #24
Avengers/Invaders #11
Captain Britain and MI:13 #13
Ghost Rider #35: Those wacky ninjas!! (http://www.comicbookresources.com/images/solicits/marvelcomics/200905/GHOSTR035_Cov_col.jpg) :D
Fantastic Four #567
Planet Skaar Prologue: Please don't let this be another mega-crossover with 30 different tie-ins...
Skaar: Son of Hulk #11
Incredible Hercules #129: Love, LOVE these solicits!! "HERCULES AND AMADEUS CHO DIE!!! We heard that cheap death sells comics, and we're more than happy to oblige". :D
War of Kings #3
War of Kings: Ascension #2
Nova #25
Guardians of the Galaxy #14
Kick-Ass #8
Total Price Tag, (with store discount): $36.66! Hmm...combined along with my DC comic's price tag, I may have to look into knocking off a couple titles to lower that price down just a little bit..maybe things will look better when Trinity ends.
On the "Maybe I'll get it, maybe I won't" list:
Amazing Spider-Man #593-595: Yes, I'm thinking about getting back into Amazing Spider-Man, (since "Trinity" is ending...)
Mighty Avengers #25: Tempted by the Dan Slott goodness...
Secret Warriors #4
Hulk: Broken Worlds #2
All New Savage She-Hulk #2
New Mutants #1
Wolverine #73 and 74
Wolverine: Weapon X #2: So it IS going to be $3.99 every issue, not just the first? Marvel, you jerks!!!
Random Commentary:
Spider-Man: The Short Halloween: Not seeing the point. Couldn't this just be a single issue story in Amazing Spider-Man? Why does it need to be a one-shot? Definitely going to pass...
Also, I'm strangely interested in "Dark Reign: Young Avengers" and "Dark Reign: The Hood", (mostly because of Paul Cornell and Jeff Parker writing the two books respectively). Still, that $3.99 price tag strikes again...

My comments:
- Lockjaw and the Pet Avengers: Awesome Comics, or the Awesomest Comics Ever? I mean, Lockjaw makes comics awesome, and Frog Thor makes comics awesome, so putting Lockjaw AND Frog Thor into the same comic? The thing should come with a warning label. And there's even a poster.
- That's a cool cover to Amazing Spider-Man #593 (http://www.comicbookresources.com/news/preview2.php?image=solicits/marvelcomics/200905/ASM593_cov.jpg).
- Fin Fang Four Return is a definite purchase this month.
- The solicitation text for Incredible Hercules #129 makes me sad that I buy the series in trades.
- A Paul Tobin/Colleen Coover backup story is almost enough to get me to buy Marvel Adventures Fantastic Four #48, but not quite.
- I wonder if Chris Yost and James Asmus are going to be the next creative team on Runaways or not. Sounds like a fun solicitation, though.
- If the New Mutants stars the old New Mutants, should you still call it "New Mutants?" I mean, these characters were "New" in the 1980's.
- If my Thor Visionaries TPBs don't have the Balder the Brave mini-series (and I'm pretty sure they do), I am SO there for that Balder the Brave HC.
- Probably grabbing that Marvel Adventures digest.
- That Who is the Black Panther? TPB is harder to find than you'd think, but I guess they're bringing it out again for the new BET animated series. Probably going to pick it up, for research purposes if nothing else.
- I thought that Fantastic Four: True Story mini-series sounded weird and cool at the time, so I might read up some more reviews about it to decide whether to order the trade.
- Definitely getting the new Incredible Herc TPB.
