What's the name of the piece of music used in many cartoon when couplesor characters with crushes run towards each either for dramtic or comdey in slow motion.

I think thats The Love Theme from "Romeo and Juliet." But I may be wrong. Just taking a stab at this.

You're right. It is the Love theme from Romeo and Juliet by Tchaikovsky.
