That's not really much to go on, is it?
Did you try doing a Google search on animation sites?

How long ago did you visit this site? Have you tried searching your History?

I used to go to this site all the time years ago. All the info was organized and had a lot of toons I've never seen before.

Not a bad site indeed, looks as if they are celebrating their 10th anniversarry or something. Maybe this site was inspiration for TZ?

Not a bad site indeed, looks as if they are celebrating their 10th anniversarry or something. Maybe this site was inspiration for TZ?It wasn't. Maybe this site was inspired by Toon Zone. Heck, we had a purple and black layout when the site was launched.
(We. Heh. I'm talking French here. I've only been a part of Toon Zone since 2000 . . . meaning this will be my ninth anniversary come August, but that's water under the bridge. Heh.)
Anyway, Toon Zone has been around since August 1998, but it's history predates the revamp into Toon Zone four years prior with the Warner Bros. Cartoon Club.
Good times, long before this younger generation took over with their animes and their flash cartoons.
Toon Zone's been around so long, we remember when Looney Tunes was on BROADCAST television. Toon Zone's been around a good long time. That said . . . I think this thread has served its purpose.
