I think he'd make an interesting villan for a season ender, him just coming in and ripping apart the JLA in part one, then having them learn how he was created. Then we'd have the 2nd part with the JLA enlisting the help of someone (like Darkseid) or having Supes completly cut loose against this guy  oh to see this animated, to bad we don't have a salivary smiley

i dunno if we'll see him
the problem is he isnt inteligent
maybe DARKSEID could create him to wreak havok on earth and work over superman for a while until he unleashes the OMEGA EFFECT on it?

Maybe, if they actually wanted to kill of Superman or something. But he'd defiantly have to be depowered and toned down first.

I think Doomsday would be an excellent character to show. I'm sure Mr. Timm and company could change the death of Superman story some and have it fit into a 3 part story arc. As long as they don't have Darkseid be his creator.

Darkseid was not too fond of Doomsday. He reeked havoc on Apokalips when he was there. I think they can do something great with the character though. I'd like to see Timm's take on him.

If this series goes on for like five years or so, it would be a good three-part finale although I don't think the JLA should be involved too much in the movie, and Superman better damn well be better than he is right now, cause I don't like him much in this series. But most likely, we'll never see Doomsday in this series.

Steel and the Man of Steel from the Death of Superman are the same right?
Unless they plan on doing the Death of Superman storyline, then there is no point in Doomsday being on the show.
I think that in a later season that they should do the Death of Superman storyline (possibly a made for tv movie) and also some stories with Parallax.
In the mean time, they should reintroduce Steel and whatever Latern they are going to use for Parallax, that what have them in a couple of episodes beforehand so that when the later episodes come up, they are that much more emotional.
I think it would be cool to see an episode with all the previous laterns in it.

Probably not. I get the impression that Timm isn't too fond of Doomsday.

with good reason
killing superman was a terrible gimmick-- even if they meant it to be forever
they made doomsday for the SOLE purpose of killing him
i kinda wish hed stay gone-- or somehow would develop inteligence so as to be able to plan and scheme and want revenge
as it stands now hes like a DC Hulk

If only Doomsday was as interesting as the Hulk, :D.

Doomsday, in and of himself, isn't very interesting.
However, a Doomsday story *could* be told that would be interesting.
Specifically, combine elements of Doomsday's first appearance ( rampaging across earth, nigh unstoppable ) with aspects of Hunter/Prey ( finding origin of Doomsday, cleverness needed to stop him ). In particular, play up the horror of such a creature of destruction created by Kryptonians, and maybe even give a glimpse into his twisted thoughts, bordering on sentience, but filled with nothing but hatred of the life that created him to die and die and die again.
