Was surfing some racing sites and came across that. It's a Pro Modified. And it won the last race it was at! Ran a 6.202 (seconds) @ 221.92 (MPH) in the 1/4 mile.

I am going to be at a race this coming weekend and this car will be there. I'll take some pictures if anybody is interested.
