Well guys, I've officially begun animating my new fantasy web-series: The Ultimate Warrior and I've completed the first episode:

http://www.nranimation.com/ultimatewarrior.htm

This is the first time I've ever done this sort of thing. All the episodes in the series are short (2-3 mins) and each episode is part of a continuing storyline.

The main point of this series is to experiment not only with the fight-scenes but also with short-format episodes. If you've seen the Average Joe (http://www.nranimation.com/averagejoeseason3.htm) episodes, they range from 5 to 7 minutes each and 6-8 pages long.

Well, each episode in this series was 2 to 2.5 pages long and it comes to about 2 to 2.5 minutes each and I was surprised how much I can pack in to a 2 minute episode.
I think one episode is 3 pages but that's the very last episode and we wrap everything up then so it can be a bit longer ;)

Anyway, enjoy the episode!

Hey, that was actually pretty cool.
I see you use the puppet technique for your Flash animations. I wish I knew how to do that.

Thanks! Next episode should be out on Tuesday if I can manage it (got a new job... no clue what my schedule is gonna be).

I did not animate this in Flash actually. I animated it in a program called Anime Studio Pro which gives it a Flash "look" but it's a lot more animator friendly (seeing as it was designed especially for animators):
