Time for another Fresh Question guys and gals. And ya know, we've been thinking and typing new discussions on these wonderfull boards for so long, I thought a bit of nostalgic was in order, due to our long history. So think back...

What do you think was your favorite discussion this multi topiced and opinioned board has ever seen?

Geeze...there's been so many discussions here. It's hard to actually pick out. Well, the DVD discussions have been cool, as have the VAST majority of the animation discussions. The rest have been...normal, I guess.

This is also Nightwing's first FQ on the ne wboards! WOO-HOO! Give him a hand!

On this board.... hmm. Yeah I enjoyed sticking up for the commercial vein of punk and rock music - even if I'm not a fan of them (I am a fan of arguing though....) So the Punk thread was good....

The ROTJ threads on the BB forum are always enjoyable - but that's another story........

I'm not sure if you ment the new boards (here) or the old boards also. So, I'll just give my fav's in general.

I tend to enjoy the posts that have to do with Disney. I think stuff about Disney, love them or hate them, strikes a cord with animation fans verywhere. We've all see a bunch of Disney flicks and because they've been aroung for so long and are so huge, those discussions always have a lot of material to them.

I also like the "Why, oh why doesn't the rest of America wake up and realize animation isn't just for kids and that it's a versatile and wonderful medium?" discussions. They're great, if nothing else, to vent and get jusced up by "animation rules!!!" posts.

The best recent one was the "Worst of the 3 Batman animated series." thread. That one asked a rather innocent question and opened up the flood gates, in terms of criticizing our least favorates, weather they be BTAS, BB or (my favorite, which took a lot of punishment) TNBA. I think because the Batman series' are so far above everything else on tv, there'd never really been a reason to point out the stuff that irked us about them.

I'd say Mr. Franklin hit on my key choices. The needed and wanted Animation revolution is practically the reason I came to The World's Finest in the first place 3 years ago. We should be heard!

all right huys reach way back in your memory banks....i rember my favorite thread. it was on the second version of the boards. it was right around when all the smut was being put on by some imiture kids and robbin iii and dg were really pissed off. so robin ii started this great thread called "i need to vent" and basicly robin iii said he was really mad and need to get out some agresive energy by expressing his dislikes towards stuff. so it ends up this thread takes up half the page beacuse that was back when it was all strung out down like a list and every one posted 9 or 10 times about stuff they hated. does any one rember this?
