Found this at GameFAQs...and apparently it's a DS remake of Final Fantasy Legends II (SaGa 2). That link above is a scan.

This is the one where you shrink down and explore the inside of a body, and also invade a Giant's house, right?
If so, hooray, I actually get to play a remake well after I've played the original (hasn't happened since Mario All-Stars.)

I didn't finish it, but the dungeons were unique when compared to the usual Final Fantasies, and there's still a lot of room for innovation.

SaGa 2 is getting remade? For the DS?

I've played that game years ago on the original Game Boy and never quite understood the system that was involved with it. It wasn't until years later that I realized that the game used a manual stat building system similar to Final Fantasy II's leveling system minus the skill levels for weapons and stats.

My memories of the game are pretty vague at this point but I believe you have to gather crystals to achieve ultimate power or something like that? I do remember that Apollo the god was the main villain and a super computer was the final boss.

I also wonder if the cancel trick works for that game too. :confused:

The first game was remade for the Wonderswan, apparently. But since we never got that...

I wonder what they'll call this one if the bring it over?

They finally have some gameplay, which is not phenomenal (FFIV standards), but I'm very much looking forward to the music.
