Something about a cartoonnetwork webcomic,

So, this guy I know insists there was some kind of Cartonnetwork/KidsWB Comic(As they are/were sister-networks), mixed with Reboot. The guy says it was on 'http://rebootwebcomic.com/', (The website actually worked yesterday, took you to some webcomics).
Archive.org's wayback machine has no logs about it, or anything.
The guy doesn't have any proof, or anything, and he won't give up trying to prove it's real. He says it's something about Terabyte (Evolved form of Gigabyte, or some ****.), and it includes Toonami, and TOM exploading the Absolution...and some other wierd stuff.

Was there ever such a webcomic? Is this guy crazy?

If it had Toonami involved, I think it would have been mentioned on one of the Toonami fan sites. I've never heard of this before, so I'm inclined to say its bunk.

I think he mixing up memories of the intruder, the new reboot webcomic, and the time magabyte came back in a new meaner form.
