If you had a chance to work as a Batman/Superman/Batman Beyond animator, what new character would you create?

I would create twin brothers called Monkeyfist and Monkeyshine. One is a boxer, who as a vigilante wheres metal/cybernetic gloves on his hands. The other an acrobat who wheres similar boots on his feet that allows him to use them as hands, for swinging and hanging from places. They would work as a team and wear black bodysuits and goggles.

My character is Sad Clown. The backstory is that he's Paul Liacci (a play on Pagliacci), Harlene Quinzel's old college sweetheart. In fact, around the time she started interning at Arkham, they were still dating. Her growing attraction to the Joker caused problems in their relationship. To make matters worse, the night she became Harley Quinn, he was planning to ask her to marry him. Heartbroken and unable to move on, he left Gotham and enlisted in the Army. The name Sad Clown was given to him by his drill sergeant. Now he's back in Gotham, with payback on his mind.

What show would your characters be on? Would they be good or evil?

I think B:TAS would be a good place for them. They are animal rights activists, so they are not good or evil really. They break the law, but they think it's right.

I like that idea too! That'd be cool to see animated, Joker as the other man.

I'd create a pair of superheros from outerspace...lets make them Twins, and when they activate their powers, the girl becomes an awesome crime fighting animal while her brother becomes some lame water based joke. He slowly goes insane, and kills everyone in Toledo...
What do you mean it's been done?

I would create a dude from the another country. Who would come to Gotham to make everybody's life misreable, because some dude made his life misreable. He meets Batman and decides to eat him. In his country bats are delicacy. Of cource he doesn't eat Batman. Batman will eat him instead.
Okay so my story is bad, I just don't have enogph of imagination.

A small gang (about 4 or 5 people) that's kinda of a fight club crossed with an tech oriented club. They would fight only to test the suits each of them developed. Somehow, they would get the same material used in the bat suit (hey, there's gotta be more of it somewhere :) ) These suits wouldn't be as well engineered as the bat suit, but may have different features, like small concussion grenades and fixed wings. Iniatially, the group would only fight amongst themselves and be something of a hobby, each trying to make the better suit. Soon, however, they need more money to develope their suits. One of them gets an idea; they attack the Joker's or the T's and take money to keep them from attacking again.

Okay, here's my character for Batman Beyond, those of you on the BB RPG will know him:
The son of the original Ninja (from B:TAS) comes to Gotham to kill Bruce Wayne after he is told by Ra's al Ghul Wayne is responsible for the death of his father. When he comes to find that Ra's is responsible for his father's death and not Bruce, he decides to end his life. Batman (Terry) saves him and gives him a second chance. He becomes the Samuri and makes it his mission to destroy the remains of Ra's al Ghul's empire...

actually i think the character idea of wanting to eat the batman is rather interesting
remember when Kraven wanted to eat spiderman to gain his powers?
perhaps something similar in the bat titles could make for an interesting villian
he wants to eat the bat to become the bat-- gain his knowledge, skils, etc

LOL, absurdedly funny, Rimma!
And the Samurai idea sounds intriguing in conjuction with the Ninja, but the Ras relation sounds odd, also considering Ras is in Talia's body in BB now. Maybe I'll check out that RPG.
My character would be a very skilled psychic/psychologist who has an almost meta-human ability to understand how a person's mind works. She's hired to Arkham Asylum and helps to cure many of the smalltime mental illnesses within. Very soon, she's moved up to attempt to cure Batman's rogue gallery. After an exhausting session, she actually cures [insert random minor Rogue name here]! Batman has great hopes for her skills, hoping that finally people like Two-Face and the Joker could actually reform. But things go sour when the Joker gets hold of her and does the exact opposite to her, working to destroy her mind, all the while she tries to help him. During this, Batman searches fervently for them, hoping he's not too late. She gets some headway into helping the Joker, even causing him to feel some empathy for the victims he's caused. But he blocks it all out with his mad laughter and, by the time Batman arrives, has either killed her or caused her to go insane as well.

Thanks, peterparker05! I always thought that it would be cool to go back to some of the things mentioned in the show. Not only could we see the death of the original Ninja, but the "Near Apocalypse of '09" could be touched on even more, mostly being Talia's ultimate sacrafice for her father. That and the Samuri's story would go well together, I think...

OK, two of my favorites are Light and Speed (a little corny). :D
LIGHT:
Alter Ego: Tina Chen
Occupation: Singer
Light has control over light energy in the spectrum, and can fire it in destructive beams or manipulate it so she can change hair, eye, and skin color, thus camoflaging herself. She was born w/ her powers.
SPEED
Alter Ego: Veronica Nelson
Occupation: Scientist
Speed is your run-of the-mill speedster, except that she has a particular special ability. Speed can gather air molecules into a solid mass by charging and soldifying their molecules (by vibration, of course). She then hurls the mass, usually in the shape of a sphere , at her target, the charged molecules packing quite a punch.
These two are a duo.

Sounds like a cross between Harley Quinn and Jean grey(minus the TK).

Hehe, well, you can take away the whole storyline deally; I didn't realize it bordered a little too close to the Harley origin until you brought it up.
I just thought that in a world of freaks and maniacs with whackos who dress like clowns, people who scar half their bodies, and men who dress as bats, Gotham really needs someone who is extremely skilled with the human mind and can delve deep to know how to fix it.
Add this to the bio. Instead of rudimentary talking sessions, she sets up scenarios in which her 'client' is forced to face their fear or sin. I can't think of anything off the top of my head... except, to help Clayface, she would set events in motion to allow her to do the same thing that Batman did at the end of Feat of Clay p2, except it would work :p . Something like that!

Okay, here is my back up plan: The dude kidnaps Batman and takes him to his home country. He thinks they need superheroes in Pensa(the country were he lives). He decides to theach Batman modern ballet.

TOEI/Bandai meets DC/AOLTW:
Digimon 02 character grows up and moves to Gotham as a rookie detective. His best friend, a rising millionaire in the ramen restaurant industry, is at an anime convention with his wife and baby.
The friend's wife poses with a cosplayer dressed like Mad Pierrot(from a certain Sunrise/Watanabe series); the cosplayer shoots the young woman in the head with his cane, and then dies himself, laughing.
The culprit is obvious[coughjokercough], 02 characters I mentioned are well-known to the Digimon fandom as Davis Motomiya and Ken Ichijouji. (Motomiya Daisuke, Ichijouji Ken)
With Ken being a near genius, and Daisuke being a master of the obvious; they most likely guess that a certain clown fiend is responsible for the atrocity that befell the latter's life. Both men want to avenge the wife's death.
However, Daisuke has the problem of being a high-profile adult, so he can't pull a Wayne with Veemon and track down the Joker himself. [the REAL one would spot him almost immediately.] Ken's problem is that he's a rookie detective who, because of his connection with his best pal/jogress partner, isn't allowed to take on the case. [that, and other less altruistic reasons.]
The fun parts:
Ken's mad martial arts skillz....
Daisuke[along with others] was the hero who saved Ken from becoming the latest nut to join Batman's Rogues Gallery.
So we have a pair of experienced vigilantes(well, both of them DID save the world, largely without their families' knowledge). Both have the desire; one has the motive but no opportunity, and the other has the opportunity, but his motive is murky at best.
After all, that other is Ichijouji Ken. And while he's no official genius like his late brother, Ken does have brains, mixed with physical skill, good looks, and a warped sense of humor. [even the dub succeeds at this...need I repeat some of the Emperor/Kaizer's lines?
What I see these two doing: falling into a practiced best-friend habit--finishing each others' sentences. Ken decides to play vigilante--donning that wacky costume of his again, with Stingmon at his side--while Daisuke bankrolls his pal with a huge, boyish grin on his face.
Where does Batman fit into this? First, a bit of connection to the two Japanese characters: Ken is related to a certain angry dead ninja....
And, he obviously must stop the Joker. But Batman runs into this young Japanese man dressed in a disco costume, carrying a whip, and working with a giant talking bug. Both of them are after the same prey.
And Bruce wants Daisuke to bring his noodle company to Gotham; they become friendly, and there's another motive for Batman: find the Joker before Daisuke does. (vicariously, through Ken.)
[and we wonder where Bruce got the BatBeyond idea from....]
Two problems:
1. Integrating the Digimon universe with the Batman mythos. Set it about 10 years into the future, and we'll be fine. Most of the related hijinks of both sets of heroes were set in two separate locales; Batman's older than both of the Chosen combined. [then again, I constantly think of crossovers like this....]
2. TOEI/Bandai wouldn't give their characters to Bruce Timm; DC/AOLTW wouldn't allow Batman to be associated with a "poke-clone". [a far SUPERIOR one, IMO.]
Eh, well; there's fan fiction.

Wow! I always found crossovers interesting. they just different from everyday stories.
