I’ve just found a video on Ebay.co.uk that I might buy. It’s a PAL video called ‘Looney Tunes Collection-Porky Pig’. There are 12 cartoons in total all post 48. 5 of them are from the Porky Pig Golden Jubilee tape (‘Dough For The Do Do’ ‘Cracked Quack’ and ‘You Ought to be In Pictures’ are the 3 not included) ‘Jumpin’ Jupiter’ ‘China Jones’ and ‘My Little Duckaroo’ are from 1988s ‘Porky Pig Tales’ and are also included, while I can’t find a video listing on the web for the other 4 all together (‘An Egg Scramble’ ‘Daffy Duck Hunt’ ‘The Scarlet Pumpernickel’ ‘Scaredy Cat’). The total cost is £3.90,and the auction closes on the 17th so plenty of time to consider. I’ve sent him an e-mail asking A) If the cartoons are uncut and B) If the cartoons listed are the same as the ones actually on it! I won’t get a reply tonight as the current GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) is 3am. But if all goes well, should I put a bid in? Here’s the list-

“THE SCARLET PUMPERNICKEL” (1950)
“MY LITTLE DUCKAROO” (1954)
“SCAREDY CAT” (1948)
“DAFFY DUCK HUNT” (1949)
“CHINA JONES” (1959)
“JUMPIN' JUPITER” (1955)
“BOOBS IN THE WOODS” (1950)
“AN EGG SCRAMBLE”(1950)
“CURTAIN RAZOR” (1949)
“OFTEN AN ORPHAN” (1949)
“THE WEARING OF THE GRIN” (1951)
“MOUSE WRECKERS” (1949)

None of these cartoons are terribly hard to find, but if you're missing more than a couple from your collection, sure I'd bid on it. It's only a few pounds.

Well, the uncut "Scaredy Cat" is somewhat a rarity, since I don't think a network (besides local stations) played it unedited. Of course, on CN UK, who knows? :p

I've already got an uncut print of Scaredy Cat recorded off a Chuck Jones show. It's the 1998 print with original titles. In fact that's the only cartoon out of the video I've got.

Well, that makes 11 cartoons you don't have, so I'd bid on it :D .
