How do want to see Darkseid on JL?

With the announcement of season two, we're all drooling for Darksied. How do want to see it go down? Should the story take place on Apokolips (and New Genesis), or should it be another invasion of Earth?

actually im not sure how they use him so long as hes still giving those great speaches =)

His invading Earth is old, he's already failed at it twice. I want to see him try to take over a diffrent planet, maybe Thanagar, and the JL go there to stop him and be surprised by his apperance.

I just don't want Orion and the New Gods to show up. Darkseid's forces would be the ultimate challenge for JL because they'd be fighting an entire army and an array of god-like beings. It would be probably the only time you could really let all the heroes cut loose and really use their powers.

No matter what though, don't rush the conflict with Darkseid. It should be built up over the course of a season or two, and I'm sure the payoff will be worth it (see Apokolips Now, Legacy).

no one else has ever managed to TRULY defeat him and im sure hes been planning a revenge scheme for some time (maybe a time travel to Krypton to kill an infant Kal-El, causing the JL to go back and stop him??)

I very much like these ideas. Invading Earth is definately old. Not only did it happen in STAS but the invasion of aliens was also done in JL with Secret Origins.

I agree that by now Darkseid should be more obsessed with his personal vendetta with Superman. Whatever he does it should be big enough to concern the entire JL and should spell BAD BAD BAD news for supes. (I like the time travel idea, although it reminds me of a superfriends episode where the legion of doom did that to superman, GL, and Wonderwoman. It was pathetically funny how the others got back in time. Apparantly theres a time machine built into the bat-plane and flash can just spin around and go back in time whenever he wants :D )

I think that it would be best to focus on Darkseid's quest for the anti-life equation. After all, Darkseid knows this will destroy Superman, and all life for that matter.

I would like to see the Gods of New Genessis, but I don't want them to get involved. They are needed to explain a few things, but they shouldn't take over the fight.

I can do without him. Darkseid killed STAS under the weight of all his two-parters. Let some other villains get their kicks in!

Okay, I'd like to see Darkseid make a cameo in that Secret Society episode that Bruce Timm keeps hinting at. But that's it.

The Darkseid episodes were good but they were not better than the Two Face storyline, I am the Night, Heart of Ice(I believe that is the title of the first Mr. Freeze episode) The Demon's Quest storyline and countless others. This ofcourse is only my opinion.

you know what, im not the biggest darkseid fan, but i think his introduction into the show will be awesome! you know these episodes are going to be written so much better than the ones now, mainly because these such a long history with darkseid, so they cant make him do something obvious like with some shows plots now, but they will have to do something out of left field. and once they do that i think there will be a new respect for jl and they wont want to dissappoint and will always try to make them that great.

seriously, i think the addition of darkseid to jl will be great, dare i say....better than injustice for all???? i dont know but injustice for all's got joker, sooo, hmmmm. but they better not forget that no matter how much they play up darkseid, the better not forget that mr. J is number one and should have his OWN two-parter. muhhahahahahha!!!
