I found a really interesting article called Cartoons For Guys which highlight a bunch of animated series that are popular among the male gender. I'm surprised at how spot on this list is. There are a couple changes I would have made (like bumping up Futurama, getting rid of Quads, and chucking out Family Guy to a ower position) but this list is surprisingly right on.

The list is okay, but I would've liked to see "Undergrads" ranked higher than #5. Just the same, it's nice to see the show getting the respect that MTV prevented the show from attaining by not promoting it.

Yeah, I saw that at Cartoon Research. See why Toon Zone has descriptions for Fox animated Sundays and Thursdays now?
3. King of the Hill
2. The Simpsons
1. Family Guy
Not as good as Toon Zone's own top ten list. :D

i would like to add to the list:
Care Bears - "bouncing here and there and everywhere"
My Littile Pony (hmm...this could means something completely different from the literal meaning)

Care Bears - "bouncing here and there and everywhere"
I thought that was from Gummy Bears, a show on The Disney Channel.

Hmm,not impressive.
Simpsons and Futurama - definates - but wheres Battle Of The Planets - a cartoon that SO many blokes suddenly recall when mentioned!?
Also, Flintstones - the Wilma/Betty debate? And the Daphne drooling from Scooby Doo?
I think that chart over estimated mens taste!
Girls, guns and laughs it what we want!

I'm surprised anyone would pick Gummi Bears, but at least it's more manly than Care Bares. By the way atf487, Gummi Bears originally aired on NBC back in the mid 80's. It's also one of the few Disney cartoons that never got the video treatment.

Did anybody not like Gummi Bears? I mean, I wouldn't get much enjoyment out of it now but it was pretty darn cool back then. Sort of like Ducktales.
