I was waiting yesterday to see if anyone else would post this. I thought the issue was alright. It wasn't anything to write all of your friends about and urge them to buy it.
The art in this book looks beautiful till you look at the girl's faces. Did Steph have some big lips or what? I didn't like how they used the Spoiler. She wasn't funny. She wasn't silly and she only had one accident summed up by "ow!" Spoiler always over does things.
The follower of Shiva wreaked a lot of damage to Spoiler. Yet Spoiler was able to win with a little kick to the back of the head. I thought that was rather amusing how she had her butt handed to her only to come back and win with one blow.
What was with the spirit of Batgirl? Was that the writer trying to make Spoiler look crazy? Is Batgirl able to haunt people now? I thought that plot line was rather insipid. I'm going to say Batgirl is able to project herself now after the fight with Shiva. However Babs said Cassie was drained spiritually. So if that's true how did she do it?
