I'm looking for a game I played as a kid in the 90's. It was a shareware/demo version that came bundled with a magazine. It was for Windows (not DOS), was an "adventure game" like the Sierra and Lucasarts ones and the main character was a generic guy and the scenery was a generic city. It was very difficult. I believe it was called "Cool Dude" but when I Google it, nothing relevant appears. I suppose it was very obscure.
A drawing of the main title card I made from what I recall:

Any help with this is appreciated.

Sounds like one of the later Leisure Suit Larry installments.

...except Larry Laffer is the polar opposite of a "cool guy".

I'm sure it wasn't that game. Perhaps it was a rip-off. It was made for Windows (not for PC... only Windows 95), although the graphics were similar to the DOS games.

I remember in one scene there was a console called "Segendo", and if you used it, the game searched for the Windows Solitarie game in your system and opened in a new window.

Really? I thought with the big toothy grin and glasses, along with the palm trees, that i nailed it.

I was thinking it might be a Les Manley game. Those were Larry ripoffs but they were for DOS, not Windows 95. Of course, in Windows 95 you could still relatively reliably play DOS games.

No? Why not search here? Pay attention to the Underground Games section, too.
