You know, the website of Penelope from The Amanda Show? (She was the one who always tried to meet Amanda but failed every time. She once climbed up a telephone pole in Amanda's neighborhood, trying to connect herself to Amanda's number but was electrocuted and fell off the pole.) It's still up, and it's just interesting that it's the only actual website from a Nick show that doesn't redirect to Nick.com besides iCarly.com.

This Website confirmed for me that Penelope's interest in Amanda was, uh, more than simply obsessed fandom. There were a lot of things going on there but "Amanda has no boyfriend in real life, please" pushed it over for me. Bynes playing both characters makes it weirder and better.

I remember that gag of the show. I thought that they pulled it off fairly well. I always thought that it was pretty funny how the fangirl of Amanda's was so determined to meet her that it completely controlled her life. From what I recall, they did a nice job with handling the security guard a few times as well.
