I haven't seen this either, but it honestly doesn't look that interesting to me from what I have heard about it (and I had already heard some mediocre to bad things about it before this review was even written).

I'm still kind of surprised that the review didn't mention how much Haruka is like Fushigi Yugi. Priestess of the Dragon God and Eight Guardians made me instantly think of that series. That's pretty much the jist of what I've heard about Haruka and that its pretty mediocre to begin with.
