It also looks like the King of Fighters movie will introduce a new science fiction spin into the setting established in the games’ universe by following the surviving members of three legendary fighting clans who are continually whisked away to other dimensions by an evil power. As the fighters enter each new world they battle that universe’s native defenders, while the force that brought them seeks to find a way to invade and infect our world.

FINISH HIM!

Seriously? C'mon that the Mortal Kombat movie only with KoF characters. I don't remember there being anything wrong with plot of KoF for them not to use it.

and there goes the KoF franchise in america (wait it existed here?!)
nothing was wrong with the game format - its not like street fighter that BSed a plot with every single game or something. KoF had a story and I would've loved to see the tales of ash, the rugal saga, oorochi saga, etc on film...alas...

Wow, do they even bother to even find out even the slightest thing about the stuff they're adapting anymore? The only redeeming thing about it I could see is if they had Terry and Geese speaking Engrish, that's if they're both even it.

Ummm, Kyo and Iori were descendants from ancient fueding clans, and maybe the last one may be related to Goenitz or Leona? Maybe it could...

Aww, who am I kidding? This already sounds worse than the Kristen Kreuk Street Fighter movie, and I was looking forward to both films.

Of course this isn't animated; that would have actually made sense.

And dammit, I'm still holding out hope for the Chun-Li movie; if it's on level with that Smallville episode that took place in China, I'll be satisfied.

If Mai's in the movie, they'll tone down her outfit for the PG-13, guaranteed.
