Does anyone know the episode title of a Popeye cartoon with Bluto and Wimpy driving thru traffic signals? Bluto with a sports car was racing from one traffic signal to another then slamming on his brakes. Wimpy in an old jalopy was driving slow and timing each signal perfectly without stopping. After about three signals Wimpy looks over to Bluto and says, "Your not a very bright fellow are you?". I read a similar scene with Mr. Magoo but its not the one.
