Fan Episode Of “The Marvelous Misadventures Of Flapjack”

For those who haven’t heard, Thurop Van Orman wants Cartoon Network to allow him to have a contest where (a) fan(s) can come to their studios and be involved in making an entire episode of “The Marvelous Misadventures Of Flapjack” (http://thurop.deviantart.com/journal/20481078/ ). Now, do not post your ideas in this thread. I merely wanted to create this thread in order to discuss the news and to see whether or not the community would be interested in seeing such an episode. If you would like to see such an episode, Thurop has posted some instructions that people can follow if they would like to see it made a reality, but again, that is not the purpose of this thread.

Would you be interested in watching an episode of “The Marvelous Misadventures Of Flapjack” if it were created by (a) fan(s)?

Word, he posts at least 3 times a day on his deviantArt accounts. He's a big bearded weirdo living in a fantasy world, but he's the coolest big bearded weirdo living in a fantasy world I know (not personally of course). :D The idea is awesome and seeing as how Flapjack is already good, a Fan made episode would be extremely epic.

However:
CN still has execs that, well, have the tendency to suck the fun out of things. While some are cool and have proven themselves to be so far (Sorcher, Snyder) others aren't as creative as the cartoonists themselves and sometimes reject good ideas. So right now, I give this a 40% chance of this happening, only because it has happened before and the execs working at CN are better now.

As for me making an idea, I'd love to, I just don't have any time.

I already sent in my letter weeks ago. Cartoon Network doesn't want to get the fans involved on the show, but they are allowing them to get involved on the Hot Topic T-Shirts.

The Crazies

Once every year, a strange mist envelops the seas around Stormalong, giving anyone who is stuck in it crazy, messed-up hallucinations, known as The Crazies. K'nuckles decides to sail anyways, because there would be less people looking for Candied Island. K'nuckles, Flapjack, and Bubbie set sail into the mist, gradually becoming insane and experiencing more and more creepy and bizarre hallucinations along the way. Near the end, K'nuckles decides to turn back. Flapjack happens to spot the real Candied Island, but everyone thinks it's a hallucination and proceed back to Stormalong.

Flapjack,Knucles,and Bubby go sailing as usual.They stumble on an island that appears to be Stormalong.Then Knucles has a crazy theory that the went to the end of the universe and the King of the Universe pushed a reset button and sent them back home,Bubby generally scoffs this theory.They go on what the think is Stormalong and go to The Candy Barrel.But it has pickels all over.Flapjack and Knucles shrug it off as an April fool's joke,even thought its June.They walk in and see Pepermint Larry and says hi with saying his name but He looks at them strangely and says "I'm Dill Pickel Larry!" Confused,they start to walk out and see themselves but,they look different. Flapjack is wearing a long sleaved shirt with blue stripes,and he has a small baseball cap on and he has black hair. Knucles does'nt have his"whiskers" has no jacket and is very masculant.Now down right disturbed,they run away to Bubby talking to a bizzaro verson of herself,very careless and unprotective.They sail away,then the King of the Universe say "Oops" and presses "sendback to their Stormalong"They wake up thinking it was all a dream,But they're laying on bizzaro Bubby with bizzaro Flapjack sleeping inside.

It's difficult to create your own Flapjack episode, because the show has a specific flavor, a certain level of harmony and absurdity that is not easy to imitate.
