I'm enjoying his art and layouts in X-Force and Catwoman, and I want to know what kind of animation background he has, and what he's done in the animation industry. Anyone know?

EDIT: "what's" is bad grammar.

There's a great interview with him at http://purpleplanetmedia.com/eye/inte/dcooke.shtml. He got his start in animation (after a career doing commercials) with Batman Beyond, doing the opening credits sequence. I think he's worked on the Batman/Superman Adventures as well since then, and is now branching into comics.

If you can, go find Spider-Man's Tangled Web #11 (on sale last week) and Batman: Ego (on sale a while ago). Both were written and drawn by Darwyn, and are chock full of Darwyn-y goodness.

Yes he worked on TNBSA. He did some of the storyboards for the LOTDK episode.

I suggest you pick up Batman: EGO. It's really really good.
