Also, tomorrow night episode is a GREAT time to jump on - so try to encourage everyone you can to tune in. Anyways, www.zap2it.com reported...
While Lou Diamond Phillips will soon be seen on UPN as the network airs CBS' quickly retired series "Wolf Lake," fans can also catch the actor on FOX when he reunites with his former "Young Guns" co-star, Kiefer Sutherland, on "24."
Phillips will guest-star in two episodes of the real-time series, playing a federal worker Mark DeSalvo who helps Jack Bauer (Sutherland) as he attempts to foil terrorists plans to murder presidential candidate Senator David Palmer (Dennis Haysbert).
The first of the two episodes featuring Phillips, will also mark the debut of Dennis Hopper on the series (who has also co-starred with Sutherland previously), who plays the criminal mastermind behind the assassination attempt.
Producers of "24" came up with the name for Phillips' character following charity auction on eBay to raise money for the Twin Towers Fund, which give aid to victims of the Sept. 11 attack of New York's World Trade Center. The name Mark DeSalvo came from the auction's highest bidder, a Manhattan broker and fan of the show who donated $5,200.
Aside from "Young Guns," and its sequel "Young Guns II," Phillips and Sutherland have worked on together on the films, "Teresa's Tattoo," "Hourglass," "Renegades" and "Picking Up the Pieces."
The first episode featuring Phillips will air Tuesday, April 23 at 9 p.m.
