In the UK, only the following dubbed animes air on TV:
Gundam Wing, Cardcaptors, Tenchi, DragonBall Z, Pokemon, Digimon and Monster Rancher
I know the US gets other dubbed animes, such as Cowboy Bebop and Escaflowne. So why so little here?

Cowboy Bebop is available on VHS and DVD, but it never aired on TV in the U.S.

Maybe there's not enough interest there? Do you also have CARTOON NETWORK over there? I bet you get some exclusive anime on VHS and DVD that we won't get over here.
