Well, they're appearing again this year.

This is odd, considering the fact that not one rerun has been seen in awhile.

Maybe we'll get a marathon on Thanksgiving to coincide with the new movie?

I'm surprised they didn't do a Chowder balloon this year.

I had a dream that they aired a Fosters Home movie on the day of the parade, and announced the show had been renewed for 2 seasons.

Cartoon Network probably had a three year contract with Macy's or something.

Me too, IMO Chowder is easily CN's biggest original success in the past year or so.

And I don't know why, but Foster's always seems fitting for Thanksgiving time. It seems nice and cozy and comforting. :sweat:

I think for Chowder to have it own float in the Macy, I think it needs to establish more years on the network, After all how long has Chowder been on CN for again?


Besides I like the Foster's Floats. Queen's "You're my Best Friend" and "With A Little Help from my Friends" are just funny when they sang it.

I don't like the Foster's floats, I LOVE the Foster's floats. They're always so creative and heart-warming, call me fruity if you must. Every time I think of Thanksgiving I now think of Foster's because those floats were so good. Has CN ever had any other floats for their original series'?

And Chowder's been on the network for a little more than a year, and it has already established itself as an extremely popular show.

Though how long did it take Foster's to get a float in Macy parade?

The idea of a Chowder float does sound interesting though, I can imagine Chowder trying to eat whatever they called Turkey on this show, while Mung and Schnitzel try to stop him.

I've heard that there was once a Dexter's Laboratory balloon, but I'm not sure. I've never seen it myself.

About ten years ago, they also had a Dexter baloon. Does anyone recall?
