That's from "Punchy DeLeon", the last Fox & Crow cartoon. The cartoon is not in the current trading rotation, but Jerry Beck has a copy of it.

Jerry Beck used to have a UPA section in his original titles pages with screen shots from Punchy DeLeon. I have a habit of saving vurtually any image I like onto my computer, so I have most of the images from that page.

I've never seen that cartoon, though. Looks really interesting too...
