View Full Version : TZ 2008 Fantasy Basketball

The NBA season begins next Tuesday, and I haven't seen or heard any information about a TZ Fantasy Basketball League. As a result, I have recreated my Yahoo! Fantasy Basketball league from last year and will open it to all TZers who wish to participate. I hope to have 6-8 teams minimum. The league link is:

League ID (if needed) is 119538.

The password to join the league is "helloagain" without the quotations around it.

The Live Draft is scheduled to take place on Monday at 6:45 ET/ 5:45 CT. I tried to make it later in the evening, but that was the latest time available, and I wanted to have it on Monday so we could start up when the season starts up Tuesday. I'm also willing to change it from a Live Draft to an automated draft if it's more convenient, but with a live draft at least no one can claim the league has been rigged.

I don't like to double post, but I need to know if anyone is going to participate, and if you are, would you like the draft date pushed back from Monday. Currently I'm the only one signed up.

It's been a while since I've joined a TZ Fantasy League, but I'll give it a shot. I won't be able to participate in the Live Draft if it's on Monday, but I'll just rely on the auto pick if I have to.

For those wanting to join, here's what you have to do:
Go to Yahoo Sports! Fantasy Basketball
Search for League 119538
The League's name is Champions of the World
Join with the password below
Once you're logged in and joined to the league, then the League Link will be able to work for you

For those who wish to join, you can still join the Fantasy Basketball league. Only two teams have signed up, and Yahoo requires a minimum of 4. As a result, a live draft will no longer take place. I'm going to see if a few of my friends from other places wuold also like to join, but it'd be nice to get at least 4 teams from TZ.

Okay, I have gotten two of my old school friends to participate, so that will bring it up to 4 teams. Are there two other people that wish to join?
