I saw an ad for it, supposedly it's going to start airing again this Sunday!
Seriously though, anyone remember that show? It was a good one. (Kind of. Some of the segments were pretty boring, like the Adrenalini stuff.)

He's making a joke about how CN aired an ad shortly after Sunday Pants was removed, claiming that it would return the following month, and it never did. Similar to how 4KidsTV aired an ad shortly after One Piece was removed from their block, claiming that it would return "after the holidays", but it never returned.
And the Slowpoke is a reference to an internet meme where people post a Slowpoke picture if someone comments on ridiculously old news.

It was CN's failed attempt at a "What a Cartoon" revival, except with brand new shorts and only airing on Sundays (hence the name "Sunday Pants"). It aired for all of three weeks before Cartoon Network pulled the plug on it, leaving all the shorts to air as time filler on Friday's.

Except it wasn't a "What a Cartoon" revival--all those shorts were acquisitions, most of them from Europe and Canada.

It actually aired quite a bit longer, was just a dumping ground for cheap foreign shorts, and was one of CN's first TV-PG rated comedy shows.

Doesn't Adrenalini Brothers air as an animated series in CN Europe?
It's just a collection of the individual shorts packaged into a 30-minute slot, similar to how they air Thumb Wrestling Federation.

I missed Sunday Pants. One of my favorite short was the one which there was man(He was live action) with an angel & devil conscious(Those were cartoons)
Weighty Decisions was awesome.

Ironically, Sunday Pants was conceived by the same team who brought us Out of Jimmy's Head.

Ouch, I can see how it failed.
Sunday Pants was actually pretty good, the reason why it failed was because it was hardly advertised and was put at the Adult Swim lead-in death slot, the same way Sheep in the Big City died.

Alright, then it was more like a revival of "Oh Canada", except with European shorts.

Captain Linger was probably my favorite. Imps was really good too, and so was Weighty Decisions.
