...I was just lookin around during my 20-30 minutes of internet usage that I use that isn't for porn per day, and I was just wonderin what ever happened to Matt Wilson. Haven't seen him around the boards in years, I remember waiting forever for a new "High Score" but never remember seeing a new one.

He hasn't posted regularly in almost three years. :( Not sure why, I'm sure another poster could tell you, though. I've been wondering too.
He still posts on the very rare occasion, but not nearly as much as he did back in the old days. He posts under a new name now (Killatacular or something, I think it is), so he may have posted and you didn't even know it.

I just did a search, and his last post was in March of 2007.
So, has anyone ever seen a picture of Matt Wilson? I always wondered what he looked like. I think he described himself as overweight at one time.

I've seen an alleged profile of him at a convention in 2004. Apparently Matt has great looking legs.
It amuses me how everyone acts like Matt Wilson is some sort of urban legend. :p

Try right clicking and click "copy link location" then paste it in a new window. That might work.

The picture isn't that shocking, except for maybe his taste in hats. He's more man than myth. And not that chubby.
But anyway, everybody knows I ran him off with my leet debating skills. Our argument over the precise degree to which everything ever completely sucks nearly cracked the Internet in half.
Or maybe he had no idea who I am, although I did find something he said about anyone who disagreed with him on one point being "massively ignorant" funny enough to make my sig. I just remember watching the new JLUs, which I thought were eyemeltingly awesome, and then going to the talkback threads to read how Matt would tear them down.
I remember after the first episode of 4Kids' One Piece premiered he said it was their, and I quote, "best dub ever." Little did he know...
Really, though, I don't think this topic serves much of a point.

Yeah. I remember him posting a list of things he actually liked, once. Can't remember what was on it.

I'd like to read that.
After seeing some of his posts, he seems like an intelligent person that could spark up a message board, if a bit of an opinionated person. Obviously I don't agree with everything he's said that I've read of his posts, but I could say the same for anyone here.

He seemed to like things that had good animation, or things that in his view had good animation. He loved Ed, Edd, and Eddy because he thought that was the most beautifully animated show of its time.

I think he liked Power Rangers as well.
Every now and then I try to see what he's up to. I'm glad he's working at Animation Collective, that'll just open more doors for him

Have you even watched any Ed, Edd and Eddy episodes from the most recent season? Squiggly outlines or not, I don't know how anyone can possibly say that the show is badly animated.

LOL, for me, the animation was a big turn-off.

Sounds like a Legend. So he liked Evo but was against Bruce Timm? Hard to believe as my name implies I loved Evo but JLU and Bats will always be THE SHOWS... I'll use one night of insomnia to go back to the age of Matt...Probably from the time I first came in.

Maybe Matt vs. Bruce Timm was a bad way of putting it. He just seemed to have criticisms of JLU when it was airing new episodes, and Mr. Timm would kind of chime in sarcastically sometimes. Look up some of the old talkbacks.
I do remember Craig McCraken showing up once when he had some bad things to say about Foster's. That was wild.
